Background:
Barna-Alper Productions was founded in 1980 and headed by Laszlo Barna and Laura Alper. The company was acquired by E1 and in folded into the new entity "E1 Television" in January 2009, along with Blueprint, Oasis International, and Rubber Duck.
1st Logo
(1990s-2009) Logo: We see the blue arc made of a filmstrip. Under it, the name appears in a silver 3D font:

The logo shines and the background changes with blue-colored shadows.
FX/SFX: The background moving.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Was seen on Da Vinci's Inquest and Blue Murder.
