Variant: There is a Cinemax-affiliated version, where DOCUMENTARY FILMS is moved below and CINEMAX takes its place, written in the same font as HBO.

Logo: On a very dark background, the HBO logo and "DOCUMENTARY FILMS" is formed by flying particles. Then the border appears at the left side, separating the HBO logo from other words, fading to the right. The logo zooms out and shines.
FX/SFX: Particles flying and the logo shining.
Music/Sounds: A few rustling sounds.
Availability: Current on HBO-produced documentaries.
