What I look for the most in a logo or station ID I like are interesting visuals, a nice/catchy soundtrack, I also like unusual-looking animation/IDs and those that are ahead of their time.  

Foreign, or domestic. Both are fine. Also, hot take: European graphic design is superior (for some reason).
