Background: United Artists Media Group was an entertainment company founded on September 22, 2014 initially as a partnership of MGM Holdings Inc. (which owned a 55% controlling stake in the venture during the time frame) with television producer Mark Burnett, and his wife, actress and producer Roma Downey. Hearst Corporation also owned a minor stake via its Hearst Entertainment division. On December 14, 2015, MGM acquired the remaining 45% stake, becoming its wholly-owned subsidiary, and it was later folded into MGM Television. As a result, it's now an in-name-only unit of MGM Television known as "UAMG Content, LLC".

Logo: A still version of the 2001 United Artists logo, except that below the metallic "UA" insignia, we see the text "UNITED ARTISTS MEDIA GROUP" with a small trademark "TM" symbol next to the letter "P", and below that, "AN MGM COMPANY", both in silver. A silver line separates the company name and the MGM byline.
