Actually, the 1990 copyright variant of the BBC Video ident was technically created for re-releases of BBC Video Globe-era tapes released in 1990, that were released during the 1991-1997 BBC Video ident era, as it did not debut in 1990 (tapes still used the Globe ident for all the 1990 releases), and actually debuted at the end of BBC trails from early 1990 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tt8mY3RuzDU), and did not debut on VHS until July 1991
