In 1991, Meledandri exited the company and it was renamed to The Mark Gordon Company. In 2015, [[Entertainment One]] bought 51% of the company and later bought the rest of it in August 2018. Gordon is eOne's president from January 29, 2018 until July 25, 2019. On July 25, 2019, Mark Gordon announced that he will step down as Entertainment One president, in order to relaunch his own independent studio as Mark Gordon Pictures, with its own first-look deal with the studio eOne.
