I swear I've said something similar on this exact page before, but logo history videos do not count as actual Availability. As for the still logo stuff in the Editor's Note, I've never seen anyone suggest it and the mentions of how it should be used (on "at least one film" and as both opening and closing) give it the vibes of someone putting their dream logo on the page in the guise of a suggestion to Illumination.
