The Super Mario Bros. Movie will be produced by Nintendo, but not Nintendo Pictures. Nintendo Pictures was formerly Dynamo Pictures, who was acquired by Nintendo this year as a result of their production of The Super Mario Bros. Movie, but they aren't involved with the movie itself as far as I know.
