'''Disney's FastPlay''' is a special feature used on Disney DVDs, introduced in the late summer of 2004. The system purports to play the upcoming film and certain bonus features automatically, without needing to use a remote. Infamously, FastPlay will also play all of the trailers and previews featured on the DVD, meaning it can take up to 8-12 minutes for the film to actually start. However, a few titles play the trailers in the end. Recent releases have less trailers before the film.

* On several foreign Disney releases with FastPlay and when you select a different language on newer American and British DVDs, the text is in their respective language. The following variants are known to exist:

** Italian: "FastPlay Disney", "FastPlay", "Menu Principale"

** On Portuguese, Italian, Spanish and French Disney DVDs with the FastPlay feature, or if you select the “Spanish” or “French” languages on American DVDs, the text "Disney's" on the FastPlay logo is simplified to "Disney".

** On Korean and Chinese Disney DVDs with Disney's FastPlay, or if you select the “Chinese” or “Korean” languages on American and British DVDs, the Tinker Bell animation is skipped, which results in the Disney's Fast Play logo being displayed throughout the entire amount of time that this bumper was allotted.

*'''1.''' People claim the hand-drawn animation and CGI animation look like they've been superimposed onto the bumper and became outdated for re-usage.

Even though the announcer says that the movie will "begin automatically", "Fast" Play starts with a long series of trailers embedded on the DVD, averaging up to 8-12 minutes worth of trailers before the movie starts. This led to the bumper (and the enhancement as a whole) becoming rather infamous through the eyes of collectors to the point where it became a minor internet meme (which then led to people calling this bumper "SlowPlay" or "ScamPlay").

*'''3.''' Due to the logo's fast nature, it was difficult to select either button before the bumper ended.

*'''4.''' The logo's abrupt appearance and nature have also been known to scare numerous children at the time (thus gaining the nickname "Your First Panic Attack").
