'''Eyemark Entertainment''' was the television production/distribution company arm of CBS after Westinghouse Electric bought CBS. it was formed by merging [[Group W Productions]] with [[CBS Enterprises]] and a smaller syndication company called MaXaM Entertainment (which signed a deal with [[Atlantis Communications|Atlantis Communications]] (now [[Alliance Atlantis]]) for ''PSI Factor'' and another with RHI Entertainment (now [[Halcyon Studios]]) for a movie package). In 2000, it was folded into [[King World Productions|King World]] after King World merged with CBS. Many of the shows they distributed are currently owned by ViacomCBS (now "[[Paramount Global]]") or in the hands of other companies that Eyemark distributed on their behalf.
