{{Oppose}} I am going to echo the others and say you should probably wait a bit longer before you apply for a role on the staff team. You did indeed get off to a rough start here at AVID, but I have seen noticeable improvement from you in recent times and you have settled into the community much better now. You have made some good efforts so far in terms of helping out the staff team, but I would like to see you continue working at this and even try to exceed what you've done so far. You will have my support when the time is right, if you want feedback on where you're at/how you're progressing towards becoming moderator-ready, I am sure myself and the other members of staff will be willing to tell you what you've been doing well and where you can improve. Co-operating with us and showing keen enthusiasm to work with us and learn the site is intuition we like to see and definitely helps make a name for yourself - especially when it comes to us supporting new staff members to join our team.
