+:Have another update regarding this user: the stewards have found out via CheckUser that Poocian was actually behind this account along with THE PARKEE IS BACK all along. Because of the severity of the abusive messages he sent under those accounts and the fact that he's been warned on Meta in the past for abusing multiple accounts to vandalize in the past, I've opted to {{Approved|permanently block}} his main account and revoke his talk page access.
